Seaspan Announces Pricing Of US $300 Million Senior Unsecured Sustainability-Linked Bond Issue

LONDON, April 16, 2021 /CNW/ – Seaspan Corporation (“Seaspan”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas Corp. (“Atlas”) (NYSE: ATCO), today announced that it has successfully priced US $300 million in new senior unsecured sustainability-linked bonds in the Nordic bond market (the “Offering”). The bonds will mature in April 2026 and bear interest at 6.50% per annum. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include repayment of debt.

DNB Markets and Fearnley Securities acted as Joint Bookrunners for the Offering.
