HONG KONG, CHINA – June 9, 2006 /CNW/ – Seaspan Corporation ("Seaspan") (NYSE:SSW) announced today that Kevin M. Kennedy, Chief Financial Officer, will present at the 2006 Merrill Lynch Global Transportation Conference on June 14, 2006 at 3:15 pm (ET). The conference will be held at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City.

Seaspan owns containerships and charters them pursuant to long-term fixed-rate charters.
