HONG KONG, CHINA – Feb. 23, 2009 /CNW/ – Seaspan Corporation (NYSE:SSW) plans to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2008, on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 prior to market opening.

Seaspan plans to host a conference call for all shareholders and interested parties immediately following the release at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results.
