Andreas Brauch

Andreas Brauch was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Seaspan Corporation in February 2026.

Prior to joining Seaspan, he held several senior leadership roles at Hapag-Lloyd between 2017 and 2026, based in Germany and the United States, most recently serving as North America Chief Financial Officer in Atlanta, Georgia.
Earlier in his career, from 2010 to 2017, Mr. Brauch was a Senior Project Manager for a global management consultancy, where he advised strategic clients across Europe and North America on restructuring, performance improvement, and transformation initiatives.

Mr. Brauch holds a Master of Science in International Management from ESCP Business School and an undergraduate degree in International Economics from the University of Tübingen.
