Seaspan Corporation owns a fleet of large, high-quality containerships that are chartered to major shipping lines under long-term, fixed-rate contracts. We provide our customers with an attractive alternative to vessel ownership to free up capital and management resources for other essential purposes.

Our business model generates predictable cash flows that we utilize to pay a stable dividend to our shareholders while reserving capital to preserve and grow our asset base. We are driven to grow our fleet and gain an ever larger share of this dynamic industry that currently consists of nearly 4,000 vessels owned by dozens of different shipping companies. Through the acquisition of new and secondhand vessels, we expect to grow our distributable cash flow over the coming years.
