We are a leading independent owner and manager of containerships. We charter our vessels primarily pursuant to long-term fixed-rate time charters to major container liner companies. Our primary objective is to continue to grow our business through accretive vessel acquisitions as market conditions allow.
Our common shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "SSW" and our 9.50% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "SSW C".
